Rotary Technical Tournament

On 3rd March PJ Care sponsored the Rotary Technical Tournament for local schools.

Sixty students from schools across Milton Keynes demonstrated their creativity and ingenuity at the annual Rotary Technology Tournament held at The National Museum of Computing on Tuesday 3 March. The challenge was part of a UK network of Rotary Technology Tournaments.

Working in teams of four, the students were set a secret challenge in the home of Colossus, a venue now world-famous for successes in solving secret challenges. They had to build a powered vehicle to carry a load of supplies across a crocodile infested gorge on a rope ‘bridge’ and deliver it to people stranded on the other side of the gorge.
